I work directly with founders and leadership teams to build and run hiring processes that actually work.
I’ve spent 15+ years recruiting niche, mid-senior to C-suite roles across finance, accounting, sales, and operations. Industries served include banking, financial services, healthcare, software/SaaS, real estate, and construction.
My background as a Wall Street research analyst gives me critical insight into what drives company performance, and how to identify talent that will add value.
